Specializační vzdělávání farmaceutů v gesci katedry lékárenství: Klíč k profesnímu růstu a kvalitní farmaceutické péči

Vzdělávání farmaceutů nekončí promocí – naopak, právě v tomto okamžiku začíná cesta kontinuálního odborného růstu a specializace. V době rychlého vývoje léčiv a zdravotnických prostředků, léčebných postupů, digitalizace zdravotnictví a rostoucího důrazu na kvalitu a bezpečnost farmakoterapie se stává specializační vzdělávání zásadním nástrojem, jak udržet krok s potřebami moderní farmaceutické péče. Farmaceut je dnes odborníkem na léčiva v tom nejširším slova smyslu: garantem bezpečného užívání léčiv, spoluautorem individualizované farmakoterapie a důležitým komunikačním článkem mezi pacientem a zdravotnickým týmem. Aby však tuto roli mohl kvalitně naplňovat, je nezbytná systematická odborná příprava, která přesahuje rámec pregraduálního studia...
