Travellers' diarrhoea - what to advise at a pharmacy currently?

Traveling abroad carries the risk of traveler's diarrhea, which affects 20 to 50% of individuals. This article focuses on the definition, classification, epidemiology, etiology, prevention, and treatment management of traveler's diarrhea. It also describes recommendations for patients traveling to higher-risk areas, which can be used by pharmacists in counceling activities in the pharmacy.
