Standard formulations for medicinal preparations in pharmacies IV. The usefulness of the collection Formularium Hospitale

Using the examples of the preparations from the collection Herstellungsvorschriften aus Krankenhausapotheken (Formularium hospitale), the paper demonstrates several possibilities of innovation and standardization of formulations of medicinal preparations dispensed in the pharmacies in the Czech Republic.
