Farm. 2024;73(4):234-244 / www.csfarmacie.cz PŘEHLEDOVÉ PRÁCE Nástroje používané k hodnocení inhalační techniky u pacientů s chronickým obstrukčním onemocněním plic – přehled literatury se jedná o rozsáhlou rešerši, která nebyla v české literatuře dosud publikována. Závěr Závěrem lze konstatovat, že hodnocení IT pomocí jednotlivých dotazníků/kontrolních listů bylo nejčastěji využívanou metodou napříč analyzovanými studiemi, ačkoli jejich reprodukovatelnost v klinické praxi je omezená vzhledem k heterogenitě v počtu sledovaných kroků a nejednotné terminologii. Nadále je třeba zdůrazňovat potřebu vytvoření jednoduchého a srozumitelného validovaného nástroje, který by byl využitelný pro všechny typy inhalačních systémů, což by umožnilo sjednotit hodnocení IT, srovnávat výsledky jednotlivých studií a zajistit konzistentnost nejen při hodnocení IT, ale i edukaci pacientů či zdravotníků k zajištění lepších klinických výstupů. Klíčovou roli by v tomto ohledu měl zastávat farmaceut na různých úrovních péče. Zapojení Mgr.
