Farm. 2024;73(3):187-192 / www.csfarmacie.cz SAMOLÉČBA Bolest a možnosti její samoléčby – co poradit v lékárně? k prevenci zubního kazu, léčbě počínajícího zubního kazu a profylaxi a ošetření citlivých zubů. Závěr Samoléčba bolesti je jeden z nejčastěji konzultovaných zdravotních problémů v rámci samoléčby v lékárně. Volbě léčebné strategie musí vždy předcházet pečlivé zhodnocení rizikových faktorů a vhodnosti samoléčby, až poté můžeme rozhodnout o samotné strategii mírnění bolesti – farmakologické či nefarmakologické. Vhodně zvoleným terapeutickým přístupem můžeme pacientovi ušetřit čas místo čekání na lékařské vyšetření a poskytnout mu časnější úlevu od potíží. Vždy bychom měli dbát na srozumitelnou komunikaci při dispenzaci s důrazem na poučení pacienta o minimalizaci rizik a maximalizaci efektu farmakoterapie. LITERATURA 1. ProLékaře.cz.
