Farm. 2024;73(2):80-87 / ČESKÁ A SLOVENSKÁ FARMACIE www.csfarmacie.cz AKTUÁLNÍ FARMAKOTERAPIE Význam neurotropních vitaminů v prevenci a adjuvantní terapii periferní neuropatie pohledem farmaceuta je pozice pacienta trpícího PN/NB, vyjádřena jedním z Molièrových divadelních citátů, totiž, že „Nemocný obvykle nemá tak silnou náturu, aby zdolal jak nemoc, tak léky“. To platí zejména o nevhodně vedené farmakoterapii nejen u pacientů s PN/NB. Právě suplementace neurotropních vitaminů může v indikovaných případech touto premisu v pozitivním smyslu proměnit ve prospěch pacienta.
