Studies of Physico-Chemical Properties of Compounds from the Group of 1-(4-Phenyl-1--piperazinyl)-3-methoxy-2-propylesters of 2-,3-Alkoxyphenylcarbamic Acids

The physico-chemical parameters (surface tension, dissociation constants, experimental partitioncoefficient, RF and RM values by means of thin-layer chromatography, logarithm of the capacityfactor with the help of HPLC) of 8 newly synthetic drugs from the group of 1-(4-phehyl-1-piperazi-nyl)-3-methoxy-2-propylesters of 2-, 3-alkoxyphenylcarbamic acids with assumed local anaesthetic, anti-arrhythmic, and antiulcerous activity were determined. The structure - physico-chemical properties relationship was investigated by means of QSAR.
